REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
These terms and conditions apply to all hikes, hikes, services and rentals organized and offered by Oulangan Taika Oy. The terms are valid for the time being, the rights to changes are reserved.
The terms are binding on both parties and they become binding on the payment related to the reservation in connection with.

RESERVATIONS AND CONFIRMATIONS
The person making the reservation must be of legal age (over 18 years old).
Reservations are always made in writing, primarily through the reservation system or by email.
The service reservation fee or the entire service fee is paid at the time of booking. The reservation is confirmed upon payment, excluding customized programs, which are confirmed at a previously announced time. In connection with the payment of the reservation fee or the entire service, the reservation becomes binding.
SERVICES AND PRICES
All prices include value added tax, national park use fee and gear, supplies and transportation as well as other services mentioned in the description.
The service provider reserves the right to change route or duration of the hike or service as well as interrupt the hike or service if circumstances so require. Circumstances include possible dangerous situations, weather conditions or other security risk (for example, the customer’s health condition).
The customer must fill out the hiker information form (regards guided and guided services) with his/her best knowledge in terms of health-related risk factors. Similarly, if the reservation includes meals, will the customer declares possible food allergies on the hiker information form. The hiker information form is sent by e-mail at least 14 days before the start of the service.
The service provider is not responsible for insurmountable obstacles (Force Majeure),
for example, regarding strikes or weather conditions. The service provider’s liability is limited to
for the refund of prepaid fees for services paid by the customer.
The service provider is not responsible or liable for any other costs related to the trip.
CANCELLATIONS

We charge a processing fee (€50) for cancellations.
Cancellations are free of charge (excluding processing fee)
- Services of one or more nights are canceled 30 days before the start time of the service
- Other services are canceled 14 days before the start time of the service
We charge 50% of the price of the service if
- Services of one or more nights are canceled 14-30 days before the start of the service.
- Day trips and hiking gear rental are canceled 7 days before the start of the service
We charge 100% of the price of the service if
- Services of one or more nights are canceled less than 14 days before the start time of the service
- Day trips and hiking gear rental are canceled less than 7 days before the start of the service
INSURANCE
The service provider has liability insurance for those who participate in the services against such damages, which are caused by the incorrect operation of the service provider. All for guided activity participants must have valid personal travel insurance for injuries.
Rental conditions
The rental terms and conditions apply to both camping equipment rental and self-guided hikes, as well as other services and products that include hiking gear as part of the service.
The renter must present official identification document with photo (identity card, driver’s license or passport) when handing over the rental gear, as well as a signed rental form.
The rented gear must be returned to the agreed place at the agreed time upon rental time. For late returns, we charge a processing fee (€50) and €50 for every starting 24 hours after the rental period is ended.
If the hiking gear is returned to a point other than the agreed point, a cost of €50/hour will be charged for picking up the equipment, starting at the provider office and ending at the provider office.
We do not charge compensation for the normal wear and tear of hiking gear. If the hiking gear is broken or lost, the renter is obliged to compensate the fair value of the product or the corresponding repair costs. The renter accepts these conditions when renting the hiking gear and acknowledges it by signing the rental agreement.
Payment
Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, company ID number 2486559-4) acts as the payment intermediary for the online store, which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service, and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, because all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.
The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

Payment methods
Via the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuuspankki, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto, Fellow Invoice and Fellow Business Invoice.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled payment in online stores in the application’s settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged from the payment card attached to the wallet. If charging the payment from the payment card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

Flexible invoice and Partial payment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for individuals who have handled their financial affairs flawlessly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment time. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With installment payment, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 installments, starting at 9.90 eur/month. The costs of the flexible installment are 3.90 eur/month and a credit interest of 19.90%. You can pay for purchases of 30–3,000 euros with Jousto. The credit provider is Aurajoki Nordic Oy.
